Fuel
Fuel costs account for the largest component of power prices. Most emergency power plants burn expensive diesel fuel, also known as Light Fuel Oil (LFO).

Our plant runs on the more affordable alternative: HFO, also known as No.6 Oil, Bunker Fuel or Low Pour Fuel Oil. HFO usually trades at around half the price of LFO, and is generally taxed less.
