Graham is a founder and director of PowerConsult International (PCI), Empower’s technical partner. A senior professional engineer with an internationally established track record in the development, construction and operation of power and infrastructure projects Graham is a specialist in the design of complex and high-availability power and infrastructure schemes for national defence, industrial and commercial applications and for 'island' utilities. He has a BSc in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and is a fellow of both the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the Institution of Electrical Engineers and an Honorary Fellow and former President of the Institution of Diesel and Gas Turbine Engineers.
